We will always try to help the best we can when it comes to artwork, and with so many programs available, every file is designed differently.

Due to this, it is important you read our guidelines for file setups to ensure a smooth process for the completion of your job.

5 Easy Setup Tips

  • Size - Always make sure your artwork is the correct size.

  • Document Colour - Ensure you’re using a CMYK document.

  • Fonts - Always outline or embed fonts in your files.

  • Bleed - Minimum 2mm is required on all jobs.

  • Trim Marks - Are required on all print jobs.

    These five tips are the minimum requirements for us to be able to complete your job with great results.

    Please follow the above steps to the best of your ability to ensure you receive the best print results.
